| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Cayenne |
| 5 tablespoons | 75ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
| 6 tablespoons | 90ml | Garlic powder |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Onion powder |
| 6 tablespoons | 90ml | Salt |
| 2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Dried oregano |
| 2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Dried thyme |
Combine all ingredients and store in an air-tight container.
